What is on-demand manufacturing?Travel Era Threads products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

How can I check the status of my order?We’ll keep you updated via email. We’ll send the tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status and see when it will arrive. We use UPS to ship all orders in the US. If you need to make a change to your address, please send a message to our Contact Us page before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.

Return PolicyIf the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items eligible for return or exchange must be brand new, unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. If the item does not, it does not qualify for a return or exchange. To initiate a return, send an email through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for the return, within 30 days of original purchase. We will email back with the details for returning your item. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. What is the estimated delivery time for my order?The estimated delivery time for your order is 10-14 days from the date of purchase. Average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days. Shipping takes 5-8 business days. The 10-14-day delivery period starts from the moment your order is confirmed and processed, which typically occurs within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?You can request a change of shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may not be possible due to the processing and shipping schedule.
